St William has assigned Ark Fire Protection to carry out fire-stopping works at Clarendon, N8, a large regeneration project, to ensure compliance with industry standards and provide 60 and 120 minutes of fire protection, creating a social and sustainable living and working environment with residential, commercial, and public spaces.

 

Ark Fire Protection has been tasked with the full completion of fire-stopping works in order to bring the overall standards of compliance at Hornsey Park Place, the second phase of Clarendon, N8, a major new regeneration scheme by landscape-led developer St William, in line with the latest industry specifications. Once complete, Clarendon will deliver 1,714 studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes, alongside a new public park together with a series of landscaped spaces and courtyards.

 

The fire-stopping works being completed provide the new London destination with 60 & 120 minutes of fire protection respectively.
