Ark Fire Protection was tasked with completing door maintenance on the Cross Corridor Doors of the hospital, which had rendered the ward out of action due to issues with these doors.
The primary objective was to ensure proper smoke control on the dual action doors located at the floor boxes. This involved adjusting the floor-to-door gap to the required 3mm, verifying that the frame-to-leaf gap was within tolerance, installing new smoke seals, and resealing the frame-to-wall gap using FSI Pyrocaustic.

Finished the project in five days, restoring ward operations while being mindful of the hospital environment.
